Greg, I would be happy to help and if something is unclear, we can always research it. The most important occurance was Jesus in a glorified, heavenly body, coming to Paul and designating him as the one apostle to carry the message of grace to us Gentiles. As i said earlier, Jesus revealed this doctrine to Paul over a period of time and Paul went to the Gentiles, not bothering to go to Jerusalem for 3 years. When he did, James and John gave him the right hand of friendship and agreed that they would stay in Jerusalem to convert the Jews and Paul would take the message on the road to the Gentiles. This mystery of grace, did away with all works and faith alone was the justification for being saved and a child of God with the promise of Heaven. The Jews program was suspended by God, but he promised to take it up again once the days of the Gentiles were over.(Tribulation time) We worship God in spirit and truth because Paul says we know him no longer after the flesh wheras the Jews are looking for his earthly kingdom to be set up. In other words, they are still waiting for the 1st coming of Jesus. The major confusion of the Church today is a difference of opinion on following water baptism, and belief in a signs ministry like the jews at Pentacost. Talk with you again, Santiago
