There are a few news feeds that I use, I have a seperate monitor auto-refreshing every 20 seconds with 5 different news services. This requires a pretty good system with a high speed connection. Another option you may want to consider is a Bloomberg terminal, it is the ultimate in Alert/News service, it's a little expensive at $1650 month. Another great place to hear breaking stories is on #Daytraders on IRC{www.irc.com )-undernet. This is a free chat room with over 600 other traders, here all the traders share information on breaking news. #Daytraders usually gets the news before any other services. We had the GRDN story within 10 minutes of going out on the wires. The stock was 2 3/4 when the news came out and went up to 3 1/8, then back down. Gravitar
