So nougie,
First: define dilution.

Second, what makes you think the company is sitting on news. The paperwork is apparently complete but the means of closing the pretzel deals is a question. Apparently, MIS will still be using a bridge loan which may happen any day.

There's no reaon to announce a bridge loan.
The full financing package is not available so a bridge loan is being used.
Closing of deals is the next announcement since the full financing package is not available. Paperwork is signed but cash is not completely available.

Finally, the lending institution will be requiring additions to the present management. What will happend? I understand that a strong CFO with public company experience is in the offing.
