Fred: Thank you for taking the time to make the call and share the results. On the positive side, I hope EDII can execute its plan. There appears to be a solid strategy in place and now it is a matter of execution. We all hope for many positive events occurring in the near future. I also appreciate the challenges. Finding companies to acquire, at a reasonable price is difficult. It is human nature to walk away from an acquisition saying you got a great deal. Did you overpay for your house? I bet the person you bought it from says you did. But you don't really know until its time to sell it. So we wait, have faith in management, but continue to watch and challenge. I will phone BDO Seidman today and report any info. jmt

I also spoke to George today, and was very pleased. All these people that are nervous and crying should just spend a buck and call George then make an educated decision. You will also be able to determine who's here that's not telling the truth. We spoke of 1997 F/S, the land, and current acquisitions. ALL very positive. I am not nervous, not selling and may not even watch it for a week or two. give myself a break. GOOD LUCK
