Daniel, I know you said your post was intended for Wayne B, but since you responded to me, I will respond back. :-) I agree that we all have a right to be upset. But as I told someone else last night, sometimes it is not what you say, but how you say it. It demonstrates very little, if any, character to kick someone while they are down, and that is the impression Lazarus, who only joined SI a very short while ago, left with many of the readers of his posts. Call it my Republican nature, but I still think character counts. He certainly has the right to post here, so that is not an issue. However, he does not have a right to the respect of the readers of his posts. That is something he has to get all by himself. As far as your 40K goes, I have the solution to your problem! Since you are into that self abuse thing, here is what you do...Set up a 900# where people can call you and verbally abuse you for 2.99 a minute. $ 40,000 / $2.99 = 13,378 minutes. 13,378/60 = 223 hours/24= 9.29 Days. Factoring in overhead and sleep, you could be fully recovered in 2 weeks! Just let your pal Binder know if I can help you with anything else! LOL! :-) Binder

Daniel, everyone has a right to be very upset with how everything has gone up to now. If you think that I am smiling right now, think twice! I'm lookin for heads, BUT you don't see me postin a whole bunch of negative crap and specutlation that continues to perpetuates the sell off. Verbal diarrhea doesn't resolve a damm thing! I am looking for the truth of the matters, trying to under stand my options. I have not sold a share, that doesn't mean that is right for everyone else, as we so often become numb to this saying, you have to do what is right for you. He clearly just went on everyone else DD, and now that the stock has its problems chooses to spew crap to the enth degree. If you have followed this thread closely, the real pay off for MIDL was between 18-24 + months with arcon gone temporarily , that commitment is now more evident than ever, still doesn't matter though because that was the intent by most anyhow. So the loss is still only a paper loss. As I said, I'm still not happy, and have the big machete out right now, so don't get to close! I don't like being mislead, but It is still an attractive shell looking for a home, and not to mention one hell of a good group of long term stable investors under it. Regards WB
