Patience Grasshopper...mergers take time.. audits take time. There are several companies that came together under this one umbrella in a short period of time. I'm sure it is an accounting nightmare...

Relax.. unwind.. Zulu will release news when it is ready.. not before, just to appease anxious investors....

>>>How long has it been since ZULU has put out a significant press release??? all I have been seeing lately has been ESVS. ZULU started by riding DoubleClick's coattails.. and now all we hear about is ESVS! what about ZULU?!?! what are they doing? why won't they give us updates to give us some confidence in this stock? ZULU is VERY anti-shareholder if you ask me... <<<

Mike, Zulu if functioning now with ESVS in a business combination mode. The two companies have consolidated offices, trimmed fat, cross registered domain names, Zulu influences now sit on the ESVS board, etc. In short, they're putting it all together so that when the formal merger announcement arrives, the two will already be integrated.

That Zulu has no press releases is moot. What we see are ESVS press releases with the Zulu name mentioned early and often, and also indicated as a secondary source of the release.

Why? ESVS is a Nasdaq stock and Zulu is down there with the 'little guys.' International and national media--(little snippets you see in the business page of the local paper, Anywhere, Planet Earth) will pay attention to a news release issued from a Nasdaq base. OTC:BB rarely get attention.

That's your answer.
