If you have questions you aren't happy with, you should be calling IR not complaining on the thread. The only way questions can be answered are by going to the person that can give you the answers. And these are not people on the thread.

Actually, it is the opinion of a number of people on this thread that the reason the stock price has dropped is because of the pumping and dumping. Which isn't being done anymore. But it's cause and affect are still being seen. However, after you speak with Mark you might feel better as to the company's practices in general. Perhaps you will better understand the responsibilities that they have as a corporation to it's shareholders. And if your still not happy, then make yourself happy by selling. Or perhaps read my previous post again regarding a corporations responsibility to it's shareholders. It still stand on it's own.

H.R. you wrote..
If someone expresses an opinion about management or has questions, they should be answered and not met with resistance.
Yet when Sandie responded to the post/poster you're referring to, and expressed her opinion, she was promptly called an idiot. Now that certainly promotes an open forum. Free expression works both ways.

Another question to ask is this: If there is deal so close like a lot of people on Yahoo and here believe, why is the price not showing it?
So the deal is close is it? How close? Based on what information? You answered your own question - What this thread doesn't need is a bunch of pumpers and dumpers, claiming that a deal is right around the corner. We've heard that since February, and where are we? Right where we started.

Anybody that's been long here for a while has their core holdings in place. We've ridden the pump and dump roller coaster and learned to be skeptical, cautious and patient. Regarding the price, it's what the market determines this stock to be worth at this point in time. Simple as that. Most of us here think it's undervalued, but obviously others don't and as long as they're willing to sell and/or daytrade at these prices, here's where we stay - waiting for news we believe is coming.

If people need to raise questions or vent - that's OK. Just keep it civil. If anybody has any new DD, enlighten us. If you need to have a deal tomorrow - call TX and tell them to get their ass in gear and do the deal.

Just my .02. No disrespect intended.
