Number 2: As far as the share count I think you should contact the company on that one. I think you will all be in for a big surprise. There are alot more shares out there than you know of. Interestingly enough, the company completed a 504 offering in the beginning of this year at a "steep" discount, yet if you look at the financial statements, they do not even mention the issuance of these additional free trading shares. All that is reflected is the 14,755,106 shares that are outstanding as of December 31, 1997. This was a subsequent event that by SEC and Accounting guidelines should have been footnoted to properly comply. It does not appear. Surprise Surprise, which brings me to number 3
