John, I have been in TPII well over a year (since the mid-pennies) and follow the stock closely as a long player. I think you already have a good handle on this company and I find our thinking about the company's prospects are very similar. Let me make 2-3 additional points.

1) TPII in June 1998 is a far more mature, sophisticated company than when I originally came across it. When I originally bought I was just speculating with it as a trade. Now I feel this has evolved over time into a true investment that I am going to have the patience to see its true potential. Becoming an SEC filing company was a major, positive step for TPII. Their ambition to move to the AMEX is even better. Janis is really helping them do a professional "coming out" that will ultimately pay off for all of us.

2) Year 2000 is a niche play that has not seen its full potential. That alone will make very good money for shareholders. This rising Year 2000 tide will lift all boats. When the real panic hits, we will be surfing on a Tsunami wave. Priced at $1.50 a share, people can still get in and benefit from the ability to accumulate a large number of shares and leverage. I still buy some on dips.

3) The Bemer factor makes the stock potentially explosive. I re-read over the weekend the article about Bemer and Vertex 2000 in the June 1998 SCIENTIFIC AMERICAN. He has also been covered in the THE WALL STREET JOURNAL, THE NEW YORK TIMES and INFORMATION WEEK. The market is aware of this product and watching. When this company locks down and successfully executes a Vertex 2000 contract, hang tight to your shares for the rocket ride. I watched IAIC go from 4 to 70 and split twice in 1996-1997 over their Year 2000 product CAST. That clear potential is there for TPII.
