Hi Cary,

I wasn't very clear in my post. Sorry about that. I didn't mean there was tons of selling relative to the number of outstanding shares. Nor do I have any idea what percentage of the shares held by insiders were sold. So in this regard, you are correct.

All I was trying to point out was the density of insider selling when these stock peaked (ok so they didn't time the July sells well, but they cleaned up in Oct !) relative to before July and after Oct.

Insider selling is an inexact indicator of future stock performance, but in hindsight it looks like these guys knew to sell during the exact 3 month window when these stock peaked ! Logic would indicate that these guys will also know first when there businesses will turn around and act accordingly. If they knew when to sell, they will also know when to buy.
