Analyst10: Some day we will have "real analysts" following this company. You may want to own some DGIV by the time this takes place. We will be well up into the double digits. Reveal your motives and your background and we might take you more seriously. You seem to be quite "SHORT-sighted" and lack credibility. Analyst10, this thread has completed a significant amount of due diligence and we have confidence in DGIV.

I looked at your Profile and I am wondering what College you graduated from?If you are so proud of your accomplishments and wish to deride others then give us a graduation date and the College/Colleges you attended. The figures you give are hardly a complete Financial Statement and do not reflect even a short Balance sheet or Income Statement. As for whether or not people are throwing their money away by purchasing DGIV you are either a Fraud or just dont get it.Different people invest/speculate different ways.Some use strictly Charts and some use strictly Fundementals and some use a combination of both while some invest in Trends or Certain Industries and some Invest in what Sector is "Hot" at any given time. When Netscape first came out they were giving away their Browsers free and had no earnings and look where the price went.I can mention several Biotech firms with negative earnings at one time. Does Genetech or Medicus Pharmaceutical ring a bell?For that matter very few new companies start up with a Surplus.People would probably be considered foolish if they used more than 10% of the value of their Portfolio to Speculate but it is their money and why are you concerned about it. Meanwhile I for one will be waiting for the info on the Colleges you attended and the dates you graduated so we can check you out. Wouldnt hurt to give us your type of Employment and why you just appeared today and why the interest in saving people that invest in DGIV from themselves.Why no profile" What are you hiding? Charles

we all know that finanacial information is historical and is only an indicator of future success. your Current Ratio analysis is nice, but it was done on financial info. of a different company. look at General Magic (GMGC)....try running some financial ratio analysis on them....they have come from $1 to $15 in 6 months and for good reason...THE FUTURE. I agree that Andersen is a great accounting firm (it is where i used to work) and that some no name is not as great. I agree that small companies that are cash-strained do not use big 6 firms, however that seems to be changing with the advisory services of BDO. In summary- your analysis (from what i have seen) applies to any small start-up companies. Will DGIV be a very valuable, profitable company....i hope so, but i don't think you know. sincerely dwlima
