Hello all: I have been a regular lurker here ever since I met Bill Dwyer at a seminar in person. It amazes me the way people treat one another when they are online. Brentsky is right.....these same people would probably never treat one another this way in person. Bill Dwyer introduced me to Cybertrader. No, I'm not a customer. I do not yet have the capital requirement freed up to do that. However, I wanted to learn about the product as well as I could until the capital became free. His experience with Cybertrader is obviously an emotional one. I can tell you for a fact, that he has been a real crusader for this company. I observed it directly. I saw people gather around him to hear him speak of the technology and the software as well as the service. Furthermore, he is simply knowledgeable, humble, and a genuine nice person. That being said, this experience he has had reminds me of a horrible nightmare I have had with my former real time quote provider. I'm not sure it is over yet. I used to own a business. I also worked in several. A cardinal rule was that the customer was always right....or at least you let them think they were. You gave them the benefit of the doubt. You did all you could to preserve that relationship. It has become increasingly amazing to me that companies will do this. And ALL customers were important. If an employee mis-represented the company in any way, such as not giving the correct shipping dates, the boss took the brunt of that. That isn't what I'm seeing here. Yes, an attempt was made, after a lot of harsh words, to straighten it up.....but it was a little late, IMHO. I was impressed with the technology that Cybertrader had to offer just from reading posts, going to the web site, etc. I had not yet requested an info packet. And I won't be....my decision has been made up for me by reading these posts. Customer service is important to me. I'm pleased that some of you found them to be courteous, but just knowing what i have been through personally with the quote providor and what I went through when trying to unsubscribe from a daytrading service, I don't want to open myself to any more verbal abuse. I would have kept quiet about this, and said nothing.....but I think Cybertrader people need to see the perception they give potential customers by responding the way they have here. I certainly wish them no ill, but just like every trading style isn't for every person, somehow I think this one may not be for me. I congratulate them on their accomplishments however. I wish everyone well here. Be thoughtful, humble, and prosper. Mary
