broke, I understand that all deals previously announced will be completed when the principal loan is available. I assume the "56" stores refers to the mall-based auto chain with 30 to 53 stores. Those numbers were announced before the agreement for the operating franchise chain of 27 franchises. I understand the total of the 30-53 stores may be affected by the 27-franchise chain so that the stores don't conflict geographically. Also, the Goodyear locations need to be added. My guess is that the total of the 30-53 stores may even be slightly below 30. Total auto stores/franchise locations should be about 55-60 from what I have heard. I don't expect the auto chain to close until the money from the main loan package is available. later, leroyt
