milt, I don't follow OXGN, but a quick look at the chart suggests that it's at least a good short to 10 1/2 or 11. Unfortunately, the current ask is 12 5/16, so it looks as if it would have been better to enter a position yesterday. Do you have any fundamental reasons why it's a good short?
