rudedog: thanks for that assessment on CPQ web site.So judging from CPQ's web site I don't know how in the world this guy EK could claim 6 million dollars/day in sales via the internet!

Rude, I noticed the same issues with the CPQ website over a
year ago. I find it amazing that a company this size...
an enabler of technology and web presence... has such a poorly
designed and utterly useless website. They still must not
consider it a priority.

Clearly, there are a lot of things they could copy from Dell
to add value to their site short of selling direct.
