knowing what I know (from all of these wonderful posts), I find it difficult to believe that this company will resurrect itself.

My stock broker mentioned this stock to me, since he knew I was looking for riskier stocks. He did not "actually" recommend it, since that would have got him in trouble, but he did go on about the potential of the company and showed me a flier he had received detailing the water purification system, how good it was, how it was used at sea world and at some big casino in las vegas, how distributors were lining up all over the world, etc, etc.

So I bought.

So I still own.

The benefit I received from purchasing this stock was a very enjoyable, and educational, experience reading all these posts the past year. While these different chat groups can be educational, you have to be very careful what you take from them. 1st lesson learned is: Trust no one. you really cant put 100% faith that anyone is who they say they are and what their reasons are for doing whatever they are doing. You have to assume that everyone has their own agenda. But you can take things and then cross reference them using other resources.

Another point, as some recent posters mentioned, is that you are still able to make money with a stock like NVID. I didn't buy it looking at the long term. I wanted a quick turn around. Alas, I got in at the wrong time. But there have been at least 6 times in the past year where you could have bought at a low and sold within a few weeks for double or even triple. Alas, again, i was too scared to buy at the lows. But the next time this stock goes under .05, I will not hesitate.

So, finally, in answer to your question, I do believe NVID has merit, depending on where you buy. But, as I was told when I first started investing, Don't spend any money you cannot afford to lose.

Howdy TUMON,

Welcome to this thread.

Still waiting to hear that SEC agreement has been finalized and according to release stated a couple of months and that is close now so hopefully soon. There has been a lot of waiting involved on this thread. Takes real patience.

I have been a shareholder since Sept. '96 and through the roughest and toughest times and I am still hanging in as a shareholder and sticking around to see the future of NVID unfold from this point on. I am willing to reserve judgment, as you suggest, and I do believe that Mike Redden and Dave Larson have worked hard to turn this company around. They surely have been the underdogs in this situation, but sometimes the will and desire to succeed brings due rewards. The company is still in business and that says something for their beliefs in it and working toward improving its situation and I do believe they have had the shareholders interest in mind, as well as theirs, and I see nothing wrong with that. They have continued to admit their struggles and I hope they succeed. I do remain optimistic. Former management lost sight of their real business and I believe present management has worked to get the company back on track. Seems evident with the news release regarding the binding letter of agreement with EHPC, Ltd. and EHPC North America. Looking forward to more information regarding that, especially since they have the option to manufacture and distribute in US and Canada. I do understand their being cautious to be assured they stay in compliance with the SEC rules and that is a plus from before, don't you agree? They had a lot to bring into compliance from what they took over and I thank them for all the long hours they must have worked to accomplish all of that. I wish them the best of luck and hope the rewards come with it for them as well as for all of us shareholders who stayed the course with them.

Thanks for the information too.

Just wanted to welcome you and as a real "old timer", answer that I will continue to hold so guess I am saying also I think NVID has merit. I will go back to lurking and waiting for the news now.

Best Regards,

n(Naomi)haynes

P.S. To all, I read on the DVIG thread that Bill Brotherson was
hospitalized but is home now. Bill, if you are lurking, wish a
speedy and full recovery to you. Know you said you had received mountains of e-mail and PM's so will only post this here. Naomi
