I've never been a fan of calling in the certs strategy ever since I watched the OVIS/RMIL fiasco unfold last year. People flocked to this stock thinking they had a sure-fire strategy to beat all of those nasty shorts. Well the shorts got the last laugh as the stock and company sunk in SEC investigative oblivion. I am as frustrated as the next guy in TSIS' lack of movement. I think inevitably the fundamentals will have to carry the stock higher. Whether it be an acceleration of contracts, new business ventures, or the unbeatable profits, TSIS will someday rise because it just can't be held back any longer. The question is do I have the patience to wait what is feeling like an eternity for this stock to find its day.
