Alydaar Awarded AMD Year 2000 Contract

CHARLOTTE, N.C., June 26 /PRNewswire/ -- Alydaar Software Corporation (Nasdaq: ALYD -
news) has been awarded a contract for Year 2000 remediation services by Advanced Micro
Devices, Inc. (NYSE: AMD - news). The contract calls for Alydaar to remediate AMD code
utilizing Alydaar's SmartCode(R) reengineering technology to provide Year 2000 compliant
software.

The Year 2000 problem arises from computer programs throughout the world that read only the last
two digits in a year. The 00 reading for 2000 could cause severe errors in some programs or could
be misinterpreted as 1900. Estimates to repair the Year 2000 problem within the worldwide market
exceed $600 billion.

Robert Gruder, Alydaar's CEO, stated ''Alydaar is delighted to be working with AMD. Their Year
2000 team's knowledge of the issues is quite strong and I am very pleased AMD has selected
Alydaar to be its remediation vendor.''

According to Rick Carlson, AMD's Director of Baseline Engineering Systems, ''AMD has chosen
Alydaar for Year 2000 applications code remediation based upon their solid track record and their
ability to act as a partner with AMD as we work toward the successful implementation of our
Corporate Business Systems Year 2000 compliance program.''

Alydaar Software Corporation is a software re-engineering company, specializing in providing
services to resolve the Year 2000 problem, as well as computer language translation and systems
migration services. Using SmartCode(R), its core re-engineering technology, Alydaar can
automatically correct millions of lines of code per month at its North American code remediation
factory located in Charlotte, NC. Alydaar has offices throughout North America and Europe. More
information about Alydaar Software and its services can be found on the World Wide Web at

AMD is a global supplier of integrated circuits for the personal and networked computer and
communications markets. AMD produces processors, flash memories, programmable logic devices,
