That's just it Greg, the crimes the TRAV is committing now will take years if ever to be properly punished. What Arcane did is show the true color of the man:"For anyone who knows the NASD, you can be sure that any settlement reached would be for some sanction handed down long, long ago. Since AENG has traded for approx 5.5 months, this generally rules them out (I didn't read the hyperlink). I'll check with Mr.Travis in the AM and see what the scoop is."

The point is that the man and the firm ARE PUMP and DUMP and have done it so many times before. You can be assured that the crimes committed were serious, as the NASD is so slow to move and when they do it is often too little too late... as has been stated so many times in so many places by people who were shorn of their hard earned saving.

You call your big brother and see what lies he has for you today.

There are two reasons why we won't bet with TRAV: he's a CRIM and it's illegal according to the NASD and the FTC. Since he clearly breaks the law, why would we trust him to pay off his debts?

Greg:

Mr. Wonk, What would you like me to admit? Please be descriptive............

At a minimum, that a US patent does not yet exist and that your statement when you created this board that it did exist was erroneous.

Other members of SI researched the patent issue. One in particular is a professional patent researcher who visits the PTO almost daily, confirmed that the patent does not yet exist. Their data was posted.

Quite simply, even the AENG website only claims notification. By that statement, they admit that it is not issued. Yet you continue to state that patents have been issued. Is AENG lying, is it wrong, or are you?

Assuming for the sake of argument that a patent of some kind will soon be granted, the posting date will be readily apparent. If by then, you have not made some kind of retraction, regardless of the merits or lack thereof of AENG, you will have personally destroyed any remaining shred of your credibility.
