CFON is the prototypical junk company. It is essentially worthless. It is absurd to think that CFON's $1000 web browser (of which they have sold a grand total of 50 units to a government agency) can compete with the $99 WebTV. Since they have cash from the warrent excercies, they can continue "operating" for a few more months. I have shorted CFON many times for profits (it's another one of those money machines!) and don't see any reason to stop now. 43% of the December convertible has yet to be converted. More dilution coming.
