broke2, I understand your comments about stress. Expectations have a lot to do with the stress level when expectations about timing are not met. From what I understand now, the pretzel deals should close very soon using a bridge loan (end of this week early next week). The complete loan package will be complete in about 15 days and then the other deals will close. They wanted to wait for the full loan package but Pretzelmaker was starting to suggest they might walk. This is the information I have received and looks reliable. Unfortunately for all shareholders, expectations made by MIS since the beginning of the year have created unmet expectations and high stress levels for all of us. The future is looking good but I am still skeptical until deals are finalized and closed. After that, comes the challenge of running a $20 million (and GROWING) company. I still think all shareholders will be VERY pleased once we get the big ship under way. later and very long on MISM, leroyt
