A good basic primer is the Commodity Futures Trading Manual that I had to study in the old days before I took the Federal Exams. Maybe a copy can be found in your local library. Mine was on loan from my then boss who kept it on hand when she hired wannabe commodity brokers. And this book was written before options, flex options and the other unregulated OTC options on futures mkts were even basically invented or used. THAT information has only come by experience. Don't know how to "teach that" except to make others aware that those pilers-on exist and to watch and learn as they go. Some of those sophisticates hang out on these threads and maybe will deign to answer questions directed to them about their archane "specialities" so, good luck. Thanks for writing.
