Mark, It is my problem so I don't think I really need a specific reason. However, as I posted earlier, all of the IPMers would bash anyone who would not accept any press release that mentioned BD. Some of those same IPMers are now talking law suit against BD. I think they are wasting their time. I am sure that BD did exactly what BD was paid to do as do all consultants. You obviously have a different comfort level than I do. But, relax you don't owe me any specifics about your comfort level. Tim Hall
