Hi John I can't agree with you more. In your last post you addressed the stock price decline during the past week. What event could have possibly sparked a sell off in Naxos? The only event I have seen is several people have received their proxies and its attachments. They did not like what they have seen. In talking to several past loyal stakeholders in Naxos, I can tell you they have not only voted their proxies but their shares as well. Being a blind (conscious or unconscious) poster will not elevate the share price. Hiding form real issues on management's part will not either. Clear movement towards strong ethical management may indeed have a positive effect on Naxos!

Lets all try to remember also that this company is currently in hearings with the ASC regarding questionable ethics and trading practices. It would be arrogant for the new management to disregard embracing change under these circumstances. Yet what have we seen to indicate their willingness to make the needed change?
