NO! Not unless the rumored merger does not occur. (See Yahoo posts mentioning merger rumors.) It is plain as the nose on your face if you look at the trading volume that something is going on. Look at the volume from 4/20-5/18 and look at the volume since. It is like night and day.

In my opinion, NASDAQ has been derelict in its duty to force the company to say something when volume has increased like this. My view of the company is not even printable. If something material is happening, it should be announced at the letter of intent stage,
which would normally be promptly after Board approval.

By the way, everyone should know that I have long believed and posted that all of these smaller distributors would be acquired, like
Milgray and Sterling Electronics. I have also noted that I thought that SEMI is one of the best, if not the best, one out there. Therefore, I have a bias to interpret unusual trading activity this way -- and think that SEMI would be a real catch for an acquirer, creating a powerful combination.
