Dear Richard: I tend to agree with you on your final answer for 4th qtr fiscal 1998 however I think that you are very low on your first qtr fiscal 1999 at I believe you had 14 cents and that with no taxes against it. We pretty much know FOR SURE how many engineers the company will have going into the fiscal year 1999. Did you back test you revenue numbers including base by making some assumptions as to hourly billing rate and hours billable? I am convinced that Jenkins and crew would not hire ANY engineers they could not relatively immediately put to work on billable projects. JDN
