Fed intervention is normally a strong short/mid term fix.

As for flight to safety money hitting bonds out of stock...it appears peculiar this morning as the Sept Bond Futures are up 11 and the Sept S&P Future is down only slightly.....230 points.

It looks like a scalp trade could be made to the short side early with a close stop (on the S&P).
