Dan Wesson Has a point about the risk you are taking, and I hope everyone appreciates that. I think you'll be safe, given no compensation and no inside info. Not selling and or buying outside of your normal patterns, would make any lawsuit get tossed immediately. Another comment: from Dan Wesson about no-one being able to forsee Dan Fishers apparent wrong - doing, he is of course right. The only thing that could have been done is to hire a private detective. That would cost more than what I invested, so it would seem a poor ROI. Perhaps MIDL should have done so and have had the controls in place to prevend Dan from doing what he did. That of course is hinde sight. We are all learning. "Today, I am smarter than I was yesterday. It is my utmost desire to be able to say the same thing tomorrow" (me), I think I'll put that in my profile. Now,, having said all of that, IF, JS & DF144, stays with MIDL the next and most important piece of dd, would be imo, is to get hard copies of all patent material. Let us review them for ourselves, counsult with who we can etc. I'll drive to DC if I need to. We'll work work out the logistics when and if the time comes. And Gary... Thanks.
