Thanks for posting the Bloomberg mention. I think we pretty much know what happened yesterday. Every time the stock looks like it wants to reverse direction Seamans starts unloading. Not only does he depress the price with the sheer volume of his sales but he also causes other investors to be forced out of their positions by margin pressures in addition to creating an air of uncertainty surrounding the company. His selling at these low levels IMO is unconscionable and shows no respect for the employees of and the company that's made him a wealthy man.

By my rough calculations he has around 1.05 million shares left. The Class B shares which he's selling now have to be offered to members of the trust before he can sell. I wish they would just buy him out and be done with him, not only would it preserve the integrity of the voting shares but it would show some faith in the future prospects for the company.
