MB, the wildcard here are the 100,000 Pinetree warrants that Alan mentioned that have an exercise price of $1 until 6/27. If they are still around in any size, I'd expect them to be dumped on news.

Since you are close to the company, perhaps you can ask them for a status report on all the outstanding paper.
