OK, Disney is also giving Infoseek this Star wave company. Some on the street give the total value of the deal at $250 million tops, so that $580 million total mkt cap vs. the $950 million that these idiots have run the stock up to.........Disney isn't stupid.

SEEK is issuing new shares to Disney. Cost to SEEK is nothing except par value of their paper.
