Tom,

What are you talking about....this is not GE's web site.

This is an industry site and a very interesting source of information on gold related issues from time to time.

Take a little time to research what you are reading and where it is sourced from before you jump to conclusions.

GE's web site: goldeneagle-mine.com

Cheers

Jay

John, Dr. Meade and all, I apologize for the misunderstanding on the Gold Eagle vs. Golden Eagle on my part. I'd like a do-over please ;)

However, as to the impact the price of gold will have more or less an impact on GE only when we know what the cost of recovery per ounce is.
It they have high enough concentrations, it won't matter what the price of gold is and in fact, the lower the better as it will make it a large AND profitable property at even low prices.

However, if they have very low concentrations or marginal concentrations, a further drop in the price of gold could bring this or any mine that is marginal to a standstill (as we saw in the news all too often over the last year)

Hangin my head low,

Tom
