Bottom line on the deal was that the 25 million shares they issued were priced at about $18 - according to CNBC. Infoseek was trading at what $34 yesterday. Disney got a huge deal and current shareholders got a huge dilution....But they do get the Disney name so who knows....

Considering the SEEK news today, this stock sure is dead.. Only 3 points?? I am serious..
You can't get much more great information on a group than the boost the internet sector
got this morning...

I would expect like at least another 10% or 8 points...

Hind sight now. Put more puts in play and unwound some calls.
