My list --- not that this has anything to do with the market, but what does here on the insantiy thread ..... 1) get the chimney man out here muy pronto and rapido 2) make sure the mover folks load and relocate a large stack of doors and lumber from one of my properties to another 3) go purchase a trailer ( as in 40, 45, or 50 ) box van as I know that everyone is really interested about the reasons for the above list, I now give them --- 1) evidently the screen at the top of the smokestack has a hole in it and chimney sweeps (boids to northern folks) have taken up residence and with the re do in the sun room the decor has changed and there is no longer a fireplace screen on either side of the firebox and the boids invaded the house last night and Marilyn awakened me rather strongly and with great vigor when the fluttering of wings in the bedroom startled her from sleep at 1:34 CDT (exact and to the minute accurate) The boids MUST vacate the premises or I'm in deep doo doo and it wont be all boid guano. 2) sold the property and have a 450 JD arriving Friday to demolish the storage building 3) building I rent for storage and property has been sold and a D-6 will start Sat to level it. and you are going to play golf ..... I'm green with envy but good luck at 11:30 EDT Regards --- Nemer
