decola, i know my points are valid. as far as lanza goes, i don't know what points he is bringing up but all i can say about him is he is late in whatever he is doing. why in the hell did'nt he call wolf earlier in the game. when he was in dallas, dc always wanted to keep everything from letting lanza know what they were doing. he & cling would tell everyone in the office to not show lanza any paper-work or documents. v., dc, and cling did'nt like lanza coming down to dallas and v. would always want him to stay back in california. so most of the time he wouldnt come down it would be only v. what i am telling you is correct. i'm not a shareholder but i know of people working down in the dallas office. you could say i am the lucky one right now since i didn't buy any stock. as far as the construction biz, yeah, if i was you i would be checking it out. i can tell you there are lots of dirty hands who are making a bundle. if you guys don't do something they are going to get away with this. look at trans tech real hard and check out the deal with sprint's guy hal. he and cling are real tight. dc is one smart guy and he has a hell of a lot of people fooled and some of them don't even know what he has in mind for them. i don't know much about the market but i really find it strange that the stock hasn't done anything since the showdown took place. if this company was doing so well for the you shareholders why wouldn't the stock be going up instead of down? you would think there would be buyers coming out of the woodwork. if any one asked my opinion i would say that it is a good example of the fact that dc and gang could give a shit about the market. they want the income from the bases and sprint and hell with the shareholders. it wouldn't surprise me one bit if dc takes select switch and puts it into trans tech and then he has got himself a private company that is generating $$$$$$$. who knows that might already be taking place. rattle snake
