Just as a matter of interest. Who was first to become part of Arcon energy, John or Dan? How did their relationship begin? I'm just trying to get a feel of how much pain John Spriggs is feeling concerning his relationship with arcon and Dan Fisher. jcmoore

Ga Bard... In the ARCON thread you had something called " New Investor Fact Post". Could you start something like that here since we are basically at square one again. I think it would reduce the number of repeative questions and help us all to better understand what's going on . Thanks for all your hard work. Jim

GB; I like the suggestion of looking into possible insurance coverages and the percentage of liability that falls on the TA. I believe more of our loss could be recovered pursuing this avenue than trying to sue someone that has little or nothing. Most con artist don't keep much in their name. I just hope that Midland has enough since to some back ground checking on the people they are going to do business with the next time. What is this....... two times now? TB
