It's on page 4.... Its stated very early in the propsectus, Page 4 of my printout. I left it at home, so this is from memory. But it is there. In fact, I recall it being footnote (ii) in a paragraph that lists assumptions such as "share amount offered exludes exercise of options" or words to that effect. DocStone
