They have $40-50m in cash according to their last press release. So
they have the cash to do buy back.

I understand their optimistic statements, but don't buy into them.
They've got a $25m market cap but only $60,000 in sales last qtr. It
has to be a logarithimic growth to justify that. And the fact that
in yesterday's release their talking about being de-listed is just
another bit of bad news. I'm going to take my 50% loss and run while
the company is still propping up the price....their cash will run
out, they will accumulate the 20% share, they will still be promising
marketing alliances, they will be de-listed (bumped to bb probably)
and their revenues might double to $120,000. I had anticipated much
more and am deeply disappointed in my DD and the company's execution.

Sorry, I'll get off my soapbox and look for shares again at $2-3. cm
