Remember what happened to XCIT with their deal...went up initially, floated then tanked...SEEK has run up the last few days in anticipation of this.

Someone talk me through this: is 43% of the company worth the right to operate the websites for 'ABCNews.com, ESPN.com and the official Web sites for the NFL, NBA and NASCAR?'

I'm not saying out of hand that it isn't. I would like to hear the argument underpinning this strategy.
