Was gonna listen to ya and buy in low 9's, but my TA buddy gave
me his reading. FWIW, he's been correct 80% of the time.

APCO, I have reversal on APCO at 7.87-8.25 area..If you can slow the ADX down, I may change my mind...Technically the stock is in trouble and should head lower.
