Make sure you get the bond covenants and read what they could do with the money before you figure they could buy things. the 325 will get them 5% in the bank before taxes which might give them better earnings but if they have earnings without it the interest will dilute the growth in ROE. It is good if you want to show a positive earnings number bad if you have a 20% earnings grower.
