Biff I have spoken with Ross and have a good sized holding in CCCZ. I have a certain amount of confidence in the work they have done so far. I know that they a good lawyer in Venz. My problem is when can they get the lease and then the license from the government. What I'm concerned about is time frame, I know that the Humbolt in Caracas is under renovation. I'm concerned about their window of exclusivity in the Caracas metro area . Also I want to see this happen in a timely fashion. What are we talking about in terms of lease and license being issued.
