Telpi, Yeah, I didn't articulate that very well - did I. What I meant (but did not say) was for ERICY to be a player in the data/cell/packet communications markets they need a company like an ASND. I know that ERICY is a leader in mobile and microwave systems, sorry for any confusion I might have caused. I will say though that if it's IP ERICY wants than ASND is the wrong company - perhaps BAY would have been better. However, ERICY - as I did point out - has huge experience in infrastructure and working with carriers...this is where ASND is positioned making them a good fit from a channel perspective. ASND however is a layer 2 company which dabbles in layer 3 - they are by no means experts here. OG
