Many times downgrades indicate the turnaround and the lower mark of the price decline, especially when a great price drop already occured. This was the case with MOT recently.

Um, MOT doesn't look to be turned around to me. Am I missing something?

Also consider that many times downgrades indicate the beginning of a long, neverending, excruciating slide to zero point zero zero. AKA Zero and zero sixteenths. Want some examples? I'll wager I can dig up one or two. <g>
