Dusty,
I agree 100%. The biggie is here tho...we can all bring lawsuits against Fisher & Co., but if we think we are going to see any money come out of it, imo, we are kidding ourselves.

The lawyers will get their fair share, but before they will even get to touch it, someone else will be the first in line.

Hasn't anybody thought that if Dan were going to screw as many people as he has and not had Uncle Sam at the top of his "Screw" List?

The IRS will be first in line, followed by the lawyers, Nova people, Midland, etc. Now do I want to throw the towel in and jump on the lawsuit train, to have it drag out forever so I can walk away with a check for $7.99 ? I don't think so...

:-)

You are probably right. But, just to satisfy myself and not to be stupid about it, I need to see if I have a claim to the split P's (need to think of a different name) and I would like to get Fisher (in a big way). BTW, I do not think Spriggs and others within MIDL/ARCON are totally clean in this deal either. Definitely more to that story. Hey! This is kinda like a little soap opera. As the Midland Turns, or Midland Hospital (sorry).

The money I lost is a lot of money to me, but I am not going to let it ruin my day. I'll make it up somehow. Maybe with you guys.
