Kenny You know all the court proceeding are relatively simple 1. Elect a Board of Directors via a proxy vote. 2. Get them to reveal some of the facts they seem to be hiding or reluctant to disclose. 3. Enforce some of the share holders rights the Federal and State Laws give share holders in order to protect their investment. So why are these guys CVIA /WOTD fighting this so hard, hey if they had complied with law we wouldnt be in court in the first place, and now they want us plantiffs to pay the legal bill because they are breaking the laws? Tell me something isnt right with this picture. Yep we need to give Jack all the rope he needs. KAA
