Charles,
I agree and thank you for your honest humility. I do believe God can, according to the Bible,do things in an "atmos" of time no matter the distance, a fact I consider but cannot envision.
In any case, I have to remind myself that God does not need people who are smart (after all He is Omniscient<G>) as much as He needs people who believe Him and who love Him and their neighbors.
So while you can see I love trying to understand the Bible I try and remember it is the simple things that count the most.

Then you are in good company here, Charlie. Please feel welcome to help us shed some light on stuff like where the Universe plans to go when it continues to expand, and other such ideas that never really need to be answered, but it's fun. It all just comes back to our God anyway. It all does.
