Fair value for TDFX?

Their cash position at end of Q1 1998 was $93M, an increase of $58M over Q4 1997 with no additional shares sold. This equals >$6 per share. We've been told that they will grow revenues 15-20% sequentially the next 2 quarters and I can't imagine Q4 to be a poor one especially with Banshee introduced in Q3. I would think they would add at least $100M to cash over the rest of the year for a cash value by the end of the year of $13. You can buy TDFX's business today for a little over $3 per share. I'm buying!!!

Pierre-X,

You are right, BA-RS doesn't look to good at their picks at the moment. I just don't 'think' they will change their estimates without some concrete reasons. Analysts often downgrade only after the bad earnings are announced, so I'll at least give MONT some credit for actually trying to predict the future.

I guess we'll see how good or bad Banshee is next week. I thought I saw comments claiming TDFX people said it won't disappoint. I hope they are right!
