SK you fail to see my point. I have never said that ehtics are unimportant. I have said that I dont hink it is an issue, because I believe current mgmt to be ethical. therfore I think it is a non issue. I dont thinkk that mgmt needs to address or adopt anything that a few people on the internet think they need to address it. In fact, I would rather mgmt spend their timeon trying toprove up the property, instead of concentrating on how to get to "a new level" of ethics. Mark
