Maybe ORCL would be smart to change their reporting date so they aren't in this position every time earnings come out.

They should also can their investment bankers and get some that support them.

ERIC, you are correct, MM and others are all in the bag to make money and if it takes some Bull Shi* to hold ORCL down a few days to save there ass, they will do it. I wonder if ORCL has any friends willing to stick there neck out and give a upgrade. If ORCL was able to do this good on the last qtr, I see no problem with the next qtr.

Exactly, most high tech companies missing earning. ORCL beats estimates and all the self-proclaimed expects are downgrading it. Right! It's a safe haven IMO. Bought an additional 2,000 shares today. Should be a "no brainer" for holding a year.
